/ / / We absolutely adore the ultra rare and playful central medallion of this collectible vintage Persian Hamadan rug. Small pops of coral and chartreuse amongst the more earthy hues make this what we consider to be a very happy rug.
/ / / condition: very good vintage condition with some expertly done re-piling repairs. It has been professionally cleaned, restored and the headends secured, ensuring many, many more years of life. I highly recommend using rug pad with grip backing to keep your rug in place and to smooth out any wrinkles from shipping-using a rug pad will also protect your rug from damage, and therefore prolong the life of your rug. But really- get a rug pad! I have handpicked this rug specifically for its rustic, timeworn appeal. It may have other small imperfections- which is part of the charm of these old textiles.
/ / / pile: low
/ / / pile height: 1/4"
/ / / weight: medium (rug pad recommended)
/ / / colors: indigo, denim blue, pink coral, mocha, sand, oxblood, chocolate, espresso, chartreuse, bone white
/ / / The lighting conditions in the Experimental Vintage studio where these photos are taken are as follows: good natural light coming from a wall of large, south-facing windows on a sunny Portland day. This rug may look darker or brighter in your own space, depending on the natural lighting conditions in your home.
>> this item will ship to you within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and includes insurance. I am happy to ship this rug internationally-please contact me for a custom shipping quote. <<
